OUR PRODUCTS
WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE?
We offer two paper options:
For our standard production, we use a well-regarded 210g photographic paper made from alpha-cellulose. It has a smooth matte surface that delivers a soft, balanced result with good detail.
For premium production, your image is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308g. Made from 100% cotton, this fine art paper has a matte surface with a subtle texture that brings out depth, detail, and tonal nuance in a way few papers can. Its weight and natural feel make it especially suited for exclusive prints. Photo Rag 308g is widely used by galleries, museums, and artists around the world — the right choice if you prioritise quality and want a print that’s made to last.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND PREMIUM?
In step 2, you choose between standard and premium production.
Premium production
This option is for those who want the highest level of quality and a print made to last. Your image is produced and framed using the same premium materials and level of care as the artworks we sell through our gallery, moutife.com.
Your image is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308g — a fine art paper made from 100% cotton with a soft matte surface and subtle texture. It’s widely regarded for its exceptional image reproduction and ability to bring out detail, tonal range, and depth.
Before printing, your image is reviewed by a retoucher. If you’d like specific adjustments or more advanced image work, professional retouching is available as an add-on.
You’ll choose from our range of premium wooden frames. As part of premium production, you can also opt for our anti-reflective museum glass — an add-on that refines the overall presentation of your piece.
Standard production
Standard production is the choice if you’re looking for a more price-conscious option while still maintaining good print quality. It’s our interpretation of a poster — produced to a higher standard than the term is often associated with.
Your image is printed on a well-regarded 210g photographic paper made from alpha-cellulose, with a smooth matte surface that delivers a soft, balanced result with good detail.
Before printing, we review and optimize your image to ensure it’s properly prepared for print.
You can choose to frame your image in our premium frames, or select from our range of standard frames.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING WITH GLASS?
With standard production, your piece is framed with acrylic glass.
Acrylic is a lightweight, shatterproof material with good optical clarity, a practical choice for many environments.
With premium production, you can choose between acrylic glass and anti-reflective glass from Artglass.
Artglass is a specially treated glass with anti-reflective properties. It significantly reduces reflections compared to both standard glass and acrylic, and is often chosen when you want the image to be the clear focal point without distracting glare.
IS FRAMING INCLUDED?
Yes, framing is included at no extra cost, and your print is always delivered ready to hang.
CAN I BUY FRAMES SEPARATELY?
Yes, all of our frames are available for individual purchase.
WHERE ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE?
All of our wooden frames are made in Europe.
Our premium frames are manufactured in Germany.
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD CONSIDER BEFORE UPLOADING MY IMAGE?

HOW DOES RETOUCHING WORK?
Would you like help editing your image? No problem — our retouchers are happy to assist, whether you need small tonal adjustments or more extensive retouching.
When you upload your image in our tool, you choose how much help you’d like.
If you select premium production, we can also offer more advanced support and guidance. Our retouchers can help with everything from removing blemishes to taking out unwanted objects or cleaning up busy backgrounds.
ORDERS & RETURNS
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please note that it can take up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, something may have gone wrong with the purchase or the email address may have been entered incorrectly. In that case, please contact us at customerservice@driptstudio.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t yet been processed by our print studio. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@driptstudio.com
, and we’ll do our best to help.
Once 24 hours have passed, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancel the order.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
As our products are custom-made to order according to your specifications, we generally can’t accept returns.
That said, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we always do our best to find a solution if you’re not happy. If a piece arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we’ll resolve the issue or replace the product.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your print doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include photos of the damaged piece as well as the packaging it arrived in. Be sure to photograph the outer packaging too, even if there are no visible signs of damage.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver your order within 3–6 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
If you’ve received a shipping confirmation but haven’t received your package within 9 business days, please contact us at customerservice@driptstudio.com
and we’ll help track it down.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If, for any reason (including if you choose to cancel or return your order), you don’t collect your package from the pickup point, it will be returned to us and handled as a return.
A fee of XX is charged for all uncollected packages. This covers administrative costs, return shipping, and handling.
